Persistent in Pune is seeking a hands-on Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Engineer with strong Microsoft Purview expertise. You will deploy and configure Purview DLP across Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business, and lead pilot deployments to production rollout.

The role requires 8–12 years of relevant experience. You will work within the Microsoft security stack, aligning DLP controls to classification standards and supporting data protection initiatives across Microsoft

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in data loss prevention or information protection.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview DLP deployment and configuration.
• Experience across Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive).

About Position:

We are seeking a hands-on DLP Engineer with strong experience in Microsoft Purview implementation, deployment, configuration, and operations. The candidate will be responsible for deploying and configuring Microsoft Purview Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions, implementing data protection controls, onboarding communication channels, supporting data classification initiatives, and ensuring protection of sensitive information across Microsoft 365 environments.
