Adani Group in Ahmedabad seeks a Senior Data Loss Prevention (DLP) professional to join our Cyber Security team and safeguard sensitive data from unauthorized access, misuse, and breaches.

The role requires 10+ years in DLP, DSPM, and data security, with familiarity in encryption tools, GDPR/NIST/ISO 27001, and cross-geography compliance. Strong collaboration with legal and IT teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 10-12 years of experience in data loss prevention, data discovery/classification, and database/data security.
• Experience with DSPM tools and integration in hybrid environments.
• Familiarity with security standards and frameworks such as GDPR, ISO 27001, and NIST.
• Experience with DLP, DSPM, disk encryption tools and automation.
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in computer science or related field.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, OSCP are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a comprehensive DLP program, including data discovery, classification, and protection policies.
• Conduct DLP and DSPM assessments to identify, mitigate, and report data protection risks.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations across multiple geographies.
• Collaborate with legal teams to review contracts and MSAs for DLP compliance.
• Oversee deployment and tuning of disk encryption technologies (e.g., BitLocker).
• Understanding of Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and evaluate vendor risks from a DLP perspective.
• Participate in Architecture Review Board (ARB) reviews to ensure DLP/DAM/DSPM considerations are integrated.
• Manage and respond to data breaches and DLP incidents.
