Job summary

This is a full-time, permanent leadership position with immediate joining at our New Delhi HQ, running the AI cell that powers prediction and perception work across the practice. The cell spans analysts who model and developers who ship — and it needs a manager who can translate business requirements into technical terms and back, holding both sides to a high standard. You will own delivery: staffing engagements, running the development cycle, and continually improving the processes that impact operations — often with fewer resources than the ambition requires. • Run the AI cell — staffing, priorities and delivery across concurrent client engagements
• Translate between business requirements and technical reality in both directions, so no deliverable disappoints either side
• Own the full development cycle with analysts and technical stakeholders — scoping, checkpoints, acceptance
