Job summary

TekWissen Group is seeking an Associate Manager with strong Collibra expertise to lead a data governance implementation project for a global client in Kolkata. You will act as the technical lead, delivering across Collibra components while coordinating with business and data stakeholders.

The role requires 4–5 years of Collibra Data Governance experience, a Bachelor's or Master's in CS/IS, and a proven track record leading enterprise deployments.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years experience in Collibra Data Governance.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or Information Systems.
• Collibra Ranger, Steward, or Architect certification preferred.
• Proven experience leading Collibra deployments in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration and implementation of Collibra Data Intelligence Cloud (DIC).
• Design Communities, Domains, Asset Types, workflows, and stewardship models.
• Configure Business Glossary, Data Catalog, Policy Manager, and Data Dictionary.
• Build technical and business data lineage using Lineage Harvester and Jobserver.
• Integrate Collibra with upstream/downstream systems via REST APIs and connectors.
• Manage project milestones, stakeholder communication, and junior team members.

• Policy Manager & Workflow Designer — custom workflows, BPMN, approvals- REST API — integrations, automation, bulk operations
• Roles & Responsibilities—permissions, stewardship assignments
• Experience with Collibra data quality management and data lineage
• SQL and cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)- Python or scripting for automation
• Agile/Scrum delivery experience

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum: 4–5 years experience in Collibra Data Governance.
• Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Collibra Ranger, Steward, or Architect certification preferred
• Proven experience leading Collibra deployments in enterprise environments
