We have an urgent requirement on Data Governance Lead role with one of our MNC based company in Pune/ Bangalore Location.

Skill Set required

• Proven experience implementing data controls for regulatory reporting (e.g., BCBS 239, IRR)?.
• Hands-on Collibra experience is preferred or any data inventory/lineage tools( Collibra, informatica or equivalent)
• Ability to understand end-to-end processes and document data lineage to meet compliance requirements in line with defined KCIs.
• Ability to understand an application and document data lineage(intra/inter). Including application metadata, trusted sources, interfaces
• Ability to understand existing DQ controls and assess the coverage across key dimensions (completeness, accuracy, timeliness, consistency, validity, integrity) and recommend/design additional controls with clear rules and thresholds.
• Advantage : Core Data/ETL background with understanding of end-to-end data lineage / transformation, wider knowledge of multiple db technologies
• Critical : Strong stakeholder management—collaborate effectively with business and technology teams (Key with the above technical expertise)
