Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Analytics, Master Data Management, or related disciplines.
• Strong understanding of Master Data, Transactional Data, Reference Data and Data Quality Management.
• Knowledge of distribution business processes and multi-system data environments.
• Understanding of Single Source of Truth (SSOT) concepts and data lifecycle management.
• Experience using BigQuery or similar data platforms and SQL querying.

Responsibilities

• Own, execute, and maintain enterprise data quality and data integrity audits across key data domains.
• Partner with Data Governance Leads and business stakeholders to identify data risks, define controls, and enhance audit methodologies.
• Refine audit rules, thresholds, and monitoring criteria based on governance standards.
• Analyze audit results to identify trends, root causes, and emerging data quality risks.
• Develop metrics, scorecards, dashboards, and summaries to communicate findings.
• Present insights to data stewards, data owners, and governance forums.
• Track remediation efforts and validate resolution of data quality issues.
• Support implementation of data governance policies, standards, and controls.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to improve data quality processes.

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Governance Analyst to lead data quality and data integrity auditing activities across the enterprise. This role will be responsible for designing, executing, maintaining, and continuously improving data quality audits to ensure critical data assets remain accurate, complete, consistent, and compliant with established governance standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of master data, transactional data, reference data, and enterprise data ecosystems, along with the analytical skills required to identify trends, uncover risks, and communicate actionable insights to business stakeholders and data stewards.

Key Responsibilities

• Own, execute, and maintain enterprise data quality and data integrity audits across key data domains.
• Partner with Data Governance Leads and business stakeholders to identify data risks, define controls, and enhance audit methodologies.
• Continuously refine audit rules, thresholds, and monitoring criteria based on evolving business requirements and governance standards.
• Analyze audit results to identify trends, root causes, and emerging data quality risks.
• Develop meaningful metrics, scorecards, dashboards, and executive summaries to communicate findings.
• Present insights and recommendations to data stewards, data owners, and governance forums.
• Track remediation efforts and validate resolution of identified data quality issues.
• Support the implementation of data governance policies, standards, and controls.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to improve data quality processes and prevent recurring issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
