Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Data Engineer – Data Quality with strong Snowflake, SQL, and ETL skills to design, build, and maintain data pipelines. The role focuses on data quality implementation, data profiling, and enabling analytics and reporting capabilities.

The candidate will work on data transformations, modeling, and governance within a hybrid Gurugram environment, supporting Power BI reporting and analytics for business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL development expertise.
• Experience in ETL/ELT development and data pipeline implementation.
• Expertise in Data Transformation and Data Modeling concepts.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake Data Cloud.
• Power BI, including Data Modeling and Report Development; Performance Optimization.
• Experience with Data Quality frameworks, validation rules, and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines using ETL/ELT frameworks.
• Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and data transformations.
• Build and support scalable data solutions on Snowflake.
• Implement and monitor data quality rules, validations, reconciliations, and controls.
• Perform data profiling, cleansing, and quality monitoring.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand data requirements and deliver robust solutions.
• Support Power BI reporting and ensure high-quality data availability for analytics.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data issues across the data lifecycle.
• Participate in data governance and documentation activities.

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer with strong experience in Snowflake, SQL, ETL development, and Data Quality implementation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines, implementing data quality controls, and supporting analytics and reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities
