Job summary

Programmers.io in India is seeking a data entry specialist with 3–5 years of experience to accurately manage, update, and maintain critical data while working US business hours.

The role focuses on high-quality data, fast and precise typing, advanced MS Excel usage, and coordination with US teams to resolve discrepancies. You will generate basic reports and uphold data confidentiality.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Data Entry, Data Processing, Back Office Operations, or similar roles.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Validation preferred).
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently during US shift hours.
