Role Overview

The Operations Analyst is responsible for conducting outbound calls to U.S.-based companies, gathering required information, and accurately capturing structured data in the digital systems.

This role combines client communication, real-time data capture, and analytical thinking to ensure high-quality, actionable information is collected and delivered to support business operations.
