• Collect and verify customer documents, including Aadhaar, PAN, and other valid KYC documents as per bank policy.
• Enter customer information and update account opening forms in the system.
• Verify customer details against submitted documents and identify missing information.
• Perform data entry for KYC updates and customer record maintenance.
• Scan, upload, and maintain customer documents in the banking system.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of account opening applications.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information and follow banking procedures.
• Coordinate with bank staff to resolve documentation discrepancies and complete account opening processes.
