Job summary

Sky Gold & Diamonds Ltd. is seeking an MIS Executive / Data Entry Operator to join the CAM / Production Team in Navi Mumbai. The role emphasizes managing production data, MIS reporting, ERP updates and close coordination with CAM and Production teams.

Candidates with experience in jewellery manufacturing are preferred. The position requires strong MS Excel skills, data entry accuracy and ERP proficiency, with immediate joiners considered.

Qualifications

• Experience with MIS/ERP data handling and MIS reporting.
• Proficient in advanced MS Excel functions (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• Exposure to CAM, CAD, and production data workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain CAM & production-related data.
• Update job details, quantities and production status.
• Maintain accurate records in ERP/software systems.
• Verify data and documents for accuracy.
• Prepare daily MIS and production reports.
• Coordinate with CAM, Production and other internal teams.
• Ensure timely and accurate system updates.

Candidates with experience in the Jewellery / Gold & Diamond Manufacturing Industry will be preferred.

Role & responsibilities

• Enter and maintain CAM & production-related data.
• Update job details, quantities and production status.
• Maintain accurate records in ERP/software systems.

• Prepare daily MIS and production reports.
• Coordinate with CAM, Production and other internal teams.
• Ensure timely and accurate system updates.

Required Skills

• Advanced MS Excel VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF, Data Validation, Sorting/Filtering & MIS Reporting.
• Strong data entry, typing and documentation skills.
• Good computer and ERP/software knowledge.
• Gati / Synergy experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good coordination and communication skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in Jewellery / Gold Manufacturing / Production / CAM / CAD / Inventory will be an advantage.
• Disciplined, sincere and hardworking.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Candidates with BPO/MIS/ERP experience may also be considered.
