Job summary

Larsen & Toubro is seeking a detail-oriented data entry professional to accurately input shift logs, weighbridge slips, and production reports into the DPMS platform. The role requires cross-checking data against source documents, updating inventory and attendance records, and generating MIS reports for departmental heads.

Candidates should have experience with ERP systems and be capable of maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive operational data, while promptly reporting any software

Responsibilities

• Enter data from shift logs, weighbridge slips, and production reports into DPMS.
• Cross-check data against source documents for accuracy and flag junk data.
• Update inventory, downtime, and attendance records in software modules.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for department heads.
• Maintain confidentiality of plant data and report software glitches to IT.

Job description

• Accurately enter raw data from shift logs, weighbridge slips, and production reports into the DPMS platform.
• Cross-check entered data against source documents to identify and correct discrepancies or "junk" data.
• Update records regarding inventory levels, equipment downtime, and workforce attendance within the software modules.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports from the DPMS system for departmental heads.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and security of sensitive plant operational data.
• Report any software glitches or UI bugs in the DEMS interface to the IT support team immediately.
• Prior experience with ERP or specialized proprietary software (like DPMS) is a major plus.
• Perform data entry and updates in DPMS system related to project progress, materials, manpower, and documentation Maintain project records, logs, and databases with high accuracy.
