Key Requirements: - - - - - - - Senior-level resource who can work independently and take ownership of assigned deliverables Conversational English and comfortable communicating directly with our U.S. team Meaningful overlap with U.S. Central Time working hours Comfortable working across multiple client engagements and shifting priorities as needed Able to participate in internal team meetings and, when appropriate, client meetings Willingness to operate as an extension of our team, specifically through technical development and supporting documentation, reconciliation, escalation, peer review, and knowledge transfer Looking for a consistent, long-term resource rather than rotating project-based resources

Power BI: - - - - - - Strong Power BI development experience DAX and Power Query Semantic/data modeling and star-schema design Power BI Service, gateways, refreshes, RLS, and deployment Ability to translate business/reporting requirements into well-designed dashboards and reports Performance optimization and troubleshooting

Data Engineering: - - - - - - - Strong SQL skills ETL/ELT pipeline development Experience integrating multiple source systems, databases, files, and APIs Data transformation, cleansing, and validation Experience with Azure data services, particularly Azure SQL and Azure Data Factory Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric is a plus Comfortable working with existing solution/data architecture and helping determine the best technical approach to execute against it Overall, we're looking for someone who is strong across both Power BI and the underlying data engineering work, rather than a developer focused primarily on front-end dashboards.
