Data Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to support requirements gathering, compensation analysis, data mapping, reconciliation, and testing activities. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and experience working with complex business and compensation data.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and data requirements.
• Perform compensation and data analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and data quality issues.
• Create and maintain source-to-target data mappings and transformation requirements.
• Perform data validation and reconciliation across multiple systems and data sources.
• Investigate data discrepancies and coordinate resolution with business and technical teams.
• Develop test scenarios and provide UAT support, including defect tracking and validation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and data teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
