Job summary

UnitedHealth Group is seeking a senior data engineer to design and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using Databricks, Snowflake, Python, and Teradata in Hyderabad. You will build scalable data solutions and support AI/ML initiatives while ensuring data governance and security.

The role requires 5+ years in data warehousing/ETL, strong SQL/data modeling, and experience with Airflow and GitHub Copilot. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and CI/CD practices are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, or ETL development.
• Solid hands-on experience with Databricks, Snowflake, Teradata, Python, and UNIX.
• Experience with Airflow and GitHub/GitHub Copilot.
• Solid SQL and data modeling skills.
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and data engineering support for ML workloads.
• Proven excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using Databricks, Snowflake, Python, and Teradata

Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and healthcare regulations

Required Qualifications:
