Job summary

UnitedHealth Group in Hyderabad seeks a Senior Data Engineer to design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using Databricks, Snowflake, Teradata and PySpark. You will build scalable pipelines for enterprise analytics and lead small to mid-size projects while mentoring junior engineers.

You will also implement Airflow-based orchestration, optimize performance, ensure data governance and security, and collaborate with business and tech teams to translate requirements into robust data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Data Engineering, ETL Development, or Data Warehousing.
• Solid hands-on experience with Databricks, Snowflake, Teradata, Python/PySpark, and UNIX.
• Experience with Airflow and modern data pipeline orchestration.
• Solid understanding of Data Warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and SQL.
• Proven ability to lead teams.

Primary Responsibilities:
