• Performance and security: Improve application, query, and pipeline performance while following secure coding and privacy standards.
• Collaboration: Partner with product owners, architects, analysts, data scientists, designers, and business stakeholders in an Agile environment.

Designs, develops, troubleshoots and debugs E2E applications for Finance Digital transformation.

Management Level Definition

Contributions include applying intermediate level of subject matter expertise to solve common technical problems. What you need to bring

Education and Experience Required

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent. Typically 2-4 years experience.

Knowledge and Skills

• Using software systems design tools and languages.
• Ability to apply analytical and problem solving skills.
• 5+ years of software or data engineering experience, including meaningful ownership across both data and application layers.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, plus Java, C#, or Node.js/TypeScript for back-end development.
• Hands-on experience with React or Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and responsive UI development.
• Experience building ETL/ELT solutions with tools such as Apache Spark, Databricks, Airflow, dbt, Kafka, or comparable services.
• Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases, data modelling, query optimisation, and distributed systems.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud, including storage, compute, identity, serverless, and managed data services.
• Practical knowledge of Git, automated testing, containers, CI/CD, logging, monitoring, and infrastructure-as-code.
• Understanding of authentication, authorisation, encryption, secrets management, secure APIs, and data privacy controls.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language.
• Ability to effectively communicate design proposals and negotiate options.
