Job summary

Rapsys Technologies Pte Ltd. is seeking an experienced Data Engineer to design, build, and scale data pipelines and data platforms. The role emphasizes AWS and Snowflake expertise, Airflow, and dbt, with proficiency in SQL, Python, and PySpark.

The position supports data integration, CDC, warehousing, and dimensional modelling, along with exposure to AI/ML data products. This is a remote, permanent WFH role with 2–3 in-person meetups in India per year.

Qualifications

• 12–17 years of hands-on data engineering/architecture experience.
• Core stack: AWS and Snowflake (expert level), plus Airflow/dbt.
• Languages: expert-level SQL, Python, and PySpark.
• Hands-on experience using AI development tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, etc.) for engineering productivity.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data solutions.
• Develop data integration/CDC pipelines and warehousing models.
• Implement dimensional modelling (Kimball) and semantic/BI layers.
• Collaborate on AI/ML data products exposure and governance.
