Job summary

Shyena Tech Yarns is seeking an experienced Data Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and cloud-based data solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with PySpark, Databricks, Snowflake, and ETL/ELT technologies.

The role involves building data processing solutions on cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure), implementing Azure Data Factory workflows, and ensuring data quality, security, and performance across data products.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant Data Engineering experience with hands-on PySpark, Databricks, Snowflake.
• Strong experience in ETL/ELT design and data pipelines.
• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP/Azure/AWS) and data warehousing.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines.
• Build and optimize data processing solutions using PySpark & Databricks.
• Work with GCP, Azure, and/or AWS cloud platforms.
• Develop data integration workflows using Azure Data Factory / similar tools.
• Work with Snowflake and modern cloud data platforms.
• Perform data transformation, cleansing, validation, and optimization.
• Troubleshoot pipeline and data-related issues.
• Collaborate with Data Architects, Analysts, Developers, and Business teams.
• Follow best practices for data quality, security, performance, and scalability.

About the Role
