Job summary

Appsierra Group is seeking a Data Engineer to design and maintain scalable data pipelines with AWS services and ETL processes. You will work with PySpark, SQL, and modern tools like DBT, Airflow, and EMR while integrating data services through API Gateway and REST/SOAP APIs.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of data engineering experience, strong communication with stakeholders, and familiarity with lifecycle management of data projects. This role is based in India, Maharashtra.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in data engineering.
• Hands-on with AWS data tooling: S3, Glue, Lambda, EMR, Airflow.
• Experience with REST and SOAP APIs.
• Strong client communication and basic project lifecycle management.

Required Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in data engineering.
• Proficient in AWS S3, Glue, Lambda, DBT, PySpark, SQL, API Gateway, EMR, Airflow.
• Hands‑on experience with REST and SOAP APIs.
• Strong client communication and basic project lifecycle management.

Nice to have

• Data modelling experience.
