Job summary

Accenture India seeks a Data Eng, Mgmt & Governance Sr Analyst to lead data management initiatives, build ETL pipelines with Alteryx, and enable governance across multiple domains. The role emphasizes data quality, modeling, and scalable solutions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate client requirements into robust data architectures and deliver analytics-ready data assets using Alteryx, SQL, and Tableau.

Qualifications

• BE/BTech in engineering or science
• 5-8 years of overall experience
• Minimum 4 years of experience developing BI solutions using Alteryx
• Intermediate SQL and data extraction skills
• Strong database design and data integration understanding
• Analytical skills in Python and problem solving
• Ability to design databases for large data with proper indexing
• Willingness to learn new technologies and interact with stakeholders
• Proficiency in Tableau

Responsibilities

• Extraction, transformation and loading (ETL) between data systems using Alteryx
• Complex data blending with Alteryx
• Extracting data from source systems (databases, files, SFDC)
• Developing and testing Alteryx workflows
• Extending workflows with macros
• Automating Alteryx workflows using schedulers
• Embedding reports through Alteryx Output
• Deploying and sharing apps via Gallery
• Working in development/staging/production environments

The goal is to support decision-making, improve efficiency, and comply with regulations by effectively handling data throughout its lifecycle. Primary skillsets often include Data Engineering with AWS. Understand client requirements and build ETL solution using Alteryx and APIs within Alteryx. Build solution that is scalable and can absorb clients change request very easily. Find innovative ways to accomplish tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously and independently. Works with Data & appropriate teams to effectively source required data. Effectively communicate the findings to business stakeholders and clients.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor s degree in engineering or science or equivalent graduates with at least 5-6 years of overall experience
• Minimum 4 years of experience developing BI Solutions using tools like Alteryx
• Intermediate data extraction & SQL query skills
• Strong understanding of database design technique and dimension modelling
• Strong understanding of Data integration
• Intermediate Analytical skills in Python and strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to design database to store huge data with proper index and key combination to provide speedy delivery of data to clients/end users
• Ability and willingness to acquire knowledge about the new technologies, good analytical and interpersonal skills with ability to interact with individuals at all levels
