Qualifications

RDE emphasizes a value-driven mindset, where humans define objectives and ethical guardrails while AI agents handle scale, speed, and data-driven executionThe Analytics Developer – BI & Visualization will design, build, optimize, and govern dashboards, executive scorecards, self-service reports, and data storytelling solutions for Accenture Operations clients. The role requires strong Power BI/Tableau capability, SQL, DAX, Power Query, ETL, dimensional modelling, data warehousing concepts, performance optimization, row-level security, reporting governance, and stakeholder collaboration.Power BI is the primary tool, with Tableau also valued; Microsoft Fabric and Azure Databricks experience are strongly preferred.

Must Have Skills

• Data Visualization (Analytics & Visualization- Power BI, Tableau)
• Modern Analytics Platforms (Databricks, snowflake, Microsoft Fabric)
• Basic knowledge of Power BI, dashboard visuals, reporting concepts, and data visualization principles.
• Good SQL fundamentals and ability to work with structured datasets.
• Exposure to DAX, Power Query, Excel reporting or Tableau is preferred.
• Ability to test reports, validate outputs, document work, and follow BI development standards.
• Learning agility and ability to work collaboratively in a POD-based analytics delivery model.

What are we looking for?

• Skill Area Data Visualization - Power BI & Tableau expertise — interactive dashboards, executive scorecards, self-service reports & data storytelling. Power BI primary tool; Tableau experience also valued
• Modern Analytics Platforms - Exposure to Microsoft Fabric, Azure Databricks or similar platforms for data engineering, analytics & reporting pipelines. Fabric & Databricks exposure preferred
• SQL & Data Modelling - Exposure to SQL, DAX, Power Query, ETL design, dimensional modelling & integration of data from enterprise and cloud sources. DAX & Power Query mandatory for Power BI developers
• Performance & Security - Exposure to Dashboard performance optimization, Row Level Security (RLS), enterprise reporting governance & workspace management.
• Secondary Skills
  • Exposure to Microsoft Fabric, Azure Databricks, ETL concepts, data modelling, KPI reporting and enterprise reporting standards.
  • Interest in analytics storytelling, dashboard usability, data quality and stakeholder-driven insight generation.
  • Ability to support documentation, report testing, refresh monitoring, and production support activities.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Support Power BI dashboard build, visual creation, data extraction, report formatting and testing activities.
• Assist with basic SQL queries, data validation, Power Query transformations and DAX measure creation under guidance.
• Maintain report documentation, data dictionaries, test evidence, and user feedback logs.
• Support dashboard refresh checks, defect fixes, visual alignment, and basic performance troubleshooting.
• Build foundational understanding of Power BI, Tableau, SQL, ETL, data modelling and reporting governance.
