Job summary

Carrier seeks an experienced Specialist with strong Master Data Management (MDM) expertise to support enterprise SAP MDG and ServiceNow integration projects. You will design and govern MDM processes, ensure data validation, and collaborate with process owners and operational teams across complex IT landscapes.

You will translate business requirements into MDG/MDM designs, drive continuous improvement, and apply KPIs to identify opportunities, while aligning with PTP and E2E supply chain

Qualifications

• 8-16 years overall experience, including 4-5 years in process-focused roles working directly with data.
• Strong Master Data Management (MDM) expertise.
• Experience with SAP MDG-S process design and governance, with emphasis on Vendor Master Data.
• Experience integrating SAP MDG with ServiceNow and working across complex IT environments.
• Experience with large data handling, validation, and data quality management.
• Experience implementing standardized End-to-End (E2E) Supply Chain processes (Plan-to-Produce, Procure-to-Pay) and applying best-practice MDM methodologies.
• Solid understanding of PTP (Procure-to-Pay) processes and related master data.
• Strong knowledge of Vendor lifecycle management within SAP MDG.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills; ability to influence, collaborate, and drive change.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with structured issue-resolution capability.
• Ability to translate business requirements into MDM/MDG process design and leverage metrics/KPIs for improvement opportunities.
• Customer-service mindset with focus on quality, responsiveness, and continuous improvement.
• Broad systems/IT implementation experience across SAP and integrated supply chain platforms, with proven ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders in complex business environments.

We are seeking an experienced Specialist with strong Master Data Management (MDM) expertise to support an enterprise implementation involving SAP MDG, ServiceNow integration, hierarchy build, and high‑quality data validation. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in designing and governing MDM processes, solid understanding of Procure‑to‑Pay (PTP) and Supply Chain End‑to‑End (E2E) process data, and hands‑on knowledge of complex IT landscapes. You will work closely with business stakeholders, process owners, and operational teams, requiring excellent communication skills, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to work under your own initiative.

• Ability to translate business requirements into MDM/MDG process design and leverage metrics/KPIs for improvement opportunities.

• Broad systems/IT implementation experience across SAP and integrated supply chain platforms (e.g., SAP ECC6,SAP Ariba, SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain, warehouse and logistics systems), with proven ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders in complex business environments.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines consistently and deliver high‑quality outputs.
• Experience designing robust data foundations in partnership with SMEs and key business stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA and understanding of its data model.
• Familiarity with SAP Ariba and supplier collaboration platforms.
• Knowledge of global compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, SOX, data privacy regulations).
• Experience with workflow automation and integration frameworks (e.g., SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI).
• Understanding of hierarchy management and complex organizational structures.
• Experience with cloud‑based MDM solutions and hybrid IT landscapes.
• Ability to design and implement data governance frameworks across multiple geographies.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Certification in SAP MDG or related SAP modules is a plus.
• Experience working in global supply chain transformation programs .
