Job summary

Vrinda International is seeking an experienced Data Conversion, Migration & Cleansing Manager for Pune. This on-site/hybrid role requires 10–15 years in data management and ERP migrations, with a focus on SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA conversions.

The position supports enterprise data governance during ERP transformation for a 6-month engagement. The ideal candidate will oversee data cleansing, mapping, and cutover activities, coordinating with technology teams and stakeholders to ensure data readiness

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA data conversion.
• Experience with ERP data migration projects.
• Experience leading large-scale data cleansing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data cleansing, conversion, migration and readiness activities.
• Own data assessment, profiling, remediation, validation and reconciliation.
• Manage Supplier Master, Business Partner, Purchasing, Procurement Finance, Bank and Material Master data.
• Define data cleansing strategy, migration waves, prioritization and sequencing.
• Collaborate with technology teams on field mapping, transformation logic, mock loads and reconciliation.
• Lead defect analysis, root-cause analysis, risk assessment and cutover planning.
• Manage mass data updates through SAP MDG with governance and controls.
• Drive stakeholder communication, reporting, documentation and audit readiness.
