Job summary

Coforge is seeking an experienced DC Architect to lead delivery of data centre solutions across On-Premises, Colocation, Private and Public Cloud models in a Hybrid environment. You will design, deploy, configure and manage DC IT infrastructure with a strong focus on migration, DR/BCP, and automation.

With 12+ years in DC build and migration and 9+ years in cloud-enabled data center solutions, you will collaborate with architects, vendors and customers to define scope, milestones and execution

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in DC build and implementation, deployment and migration.
• 9+ years of relevant experience in data center solutions, including data protection, cloud infrastructure, and storage and compute.
• Lead and manage Data Center build, migration, consolidation, and transformation projects from initiation through closure.
• Drive project planning, execution, governance, risk management, stakeholder communication, and reporting.

• Act as an expert, evangelist and architect building, proposing and demonstrating designs to customers.
• Engagement for Technical Solutions Preparation and Validation.
• Engagement for Technical Assessment / Recommendation.

Job description

We are looking for DC Architect with hands on experience in delivery solution - design, deployment, configuration and management of Data Centre IT Infrastructure on Collocation, Private, Public and Hybrid Cloud model.

A total of 12+ years of experience of experience in DC build and implementation, deployment and migration

9+ years of relevant experience in data center solutions, including data protection, cloud infrastructure, and storage and compute

Lead and manage Data Center build, migration, consolidation, and transformation projects from initiation through closure.

Drive project planning, execution, governance, risk management, stakeholder communication, and reporting.

Coordinate infrastructure deployment activities covering compute, storage, networking, security, virtualization, backup, and cloud services.

Work closely with architects, engineering teams, vendors, and customers to define project scope, milestones, deliverables, and implementation plans.

Role Description:-

Manage Data Center migration programs involving On-Premises, Colocation, Private Cloud, Public Cloud, and Hybrid Cloud environments.

Oversee infrastructure discovery, application dependency mapping, service mapping, and migration readiness assessments.

Ensure successful implementation of Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity (BCP) initiatives.

Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans while ensuring timely resolution.

Facilitate customer workshops, governance reviews, steering committee meetings, and executive status updates.

Manage project financials, resource allocation, budgeting, forecasting, and vendor coordination.

Ensure compliance with organizational standards, security requirements, and operational best practices.

Drive continuous improvement, automation, and operational efficiencies throughout project execution.
