We are currently hiring for a Data Center System Administrator in Jamnagar, Gujarat, India, with hands‑on experience in GPU Infrastructure installation and Support.
This role assists customers in monitoring and optimizing the health of the cluster, performing hardware installation, hardware break‑fix, hardware replacement, ensuring the smooth operation, connectivity, reliability, security, and performance of the system.
Additional responsibilities include debug any HW or System SW issues, roll out any new SW packages, including upgrading SW and Firmware versions to the latest Best‑Recipe (BR) of tested, approved and agreed SW and FW versions by Lenovo Scalable Infrastructure (LeSI) team.
The role reports 3rd party issues and follow up on the progress on customer behalf. They will participate in all technical review meetings, serving as customer’s single point of contact, actively attending business review meetings, provide an update on all open cases, advise how to run the System optimally, and pro‑actively liaise to coordinate maintenance windows.
Other tasks include responding to alerts, using Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) for monitoring, performing preventative maintenance, rolling out and upgrading firmware versions, managing any issues that may arise to minimize downtime and optimize data availability, and ensuring the ongoing support of the cluster.
