Job summary

ACL Digital in Gurgaon, India, is hiring an experienced Data Center Network Engineer to lead deployment, administration, and optimization of the Data Center fabric.

You will design and manage Spine-Leaf topology with MP-BGP EVPN and VXLAN, work with SDN controllers, and support multi-cloud connectivity.

The role requires Linux fundamentals, scripting for automation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams during change windows.

Qualifications

• Data Center protocols: EVPN, VXLAN, MP-BGP, VXLAN-GPE, L2/L3 VNI mapping.
• Strong BGP expertise including eBGP/iBGP, route redistribution.
• Spine-Leaf/Clos topology and DC Gateway concepts.
• SDN platforms: experience with Cisco ACI, Arista CloudVision, Juniper Apstra.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain Spine-Leaf DC fabric architectures.
• Implement EVPN-VXLAN overlays across multi-tenant DC environments.
• Manage DCI and DC GW infrastructure for L2/L3 connectivity.
• Optimize underlays (OSPF/IS-IS) for high-availability VXLAN fabrics.
• Deploy and operate SDN controllers and automation tooling.

We are hiring for the position of Data Center Network Engineer at Gurgaon.

Role & responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Data Center Network Engineer to lead the deployment, administration, and performance optimization of our modern Data Center fabric architecture. In this role, you will design, manage, and support scalable Clos/Spine-Leaf network topology using MP-BGP EVPN and VXLAN. You will work extensively with Software-Defined Networking (SDN) controllers, manage Data Center Gateways (DC GW), and utilize Linux fundamentals for troubleshooting and network automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Center Architecture & Fabric Management: Design, configure, and maintain modern Spine-Leaf Data Center fabric architectures using Underlay and Overlay technologies.
• Implement and troubleshoot EVPN-VXLAN network overlays across multi-tenant and multi-site DC environments.
• Manage Data Center Interconnect (DCI) and DC Gateway (DC GW) infrastructure for seamless Layer 2/Layer 3 connectivity across physical and multi-cloud environments.
• Routing & Control Plane: Master advanced BGP operations including MP-BGP, eBGP/iBGP topologies, route reflectors, BGP EVPN control planes, path selection, and policy management.
• Optimize IGP underlays (OSPF/IS-IS) to support high-availability VXLAN fabrics.
• SDN Controllers & Automation: Deploy, manage, and operate enterprise SDN controllers (such as Cisco ACI, Arista CloudVision, Juniper Apstra, or OpenContrail).
• Utilize basic Linux commands, networking stack, and scripting tools to execute daily administration, automated deployments, and advanced telemetry troubleshooting.
• Operations & Troubleshooting: Resolve complex L2/L3 issues, fabric encapsulation failures, MTU discrepancies, and dynamic routing issues.
• Coordinate with cross-functional compute, virtualization, storage, and security teams during network change windows and maintenance schedules.

Required Technical Skills & Qualifications

Data Center Protocols -EVPN, VXLAN, MP-BGP, VXLAN-GPE, L2/L3 VNI mapping, vPC/MLAG.

Routing & Switching-Strong BGP expertise (eBGP/iBGP, BGP EVPN, Route Redistribution, Attributes), OSPF/IS-IS.

DC Architecture -Spine-Leaf / Clos Topology, Data Center Gateway (DC GW), DCI solutions.

SDN Platforms - Proven experience with SDN Controllers (Cisco ACI, Nokia, Arista CloudVision / CVX, Juniper Apstra, etc.).

Nokia Devices experience is good to have.
