About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Data Architect to lead the design and implementation of modern data solutions using Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Services, and lakehouse architecture. You’ll play a key role in developing scalable, secure, and cost-effective data ecosystems supporting real-time and batch analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end data solutions using Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, Data Factory, and related services
• Develop logical and physical data models and architecture blueprints
• Architect data lakes/lakehouses and medallion models (Bronze, Silver, Gold layers)
• Implement real-time and batch data pipelines using Fabric Data Factory and Azure Data Factory
• Lead deployment of Power BI, Data Activator, Real-Time Analytics, and OneLake strategies
• Manage Fabric capacity, security models, and workspace configuration
• Implement data quality frameworks, data governance, and monitoring
• Optimize storage, performance, and cost across the data stack

Required Qualifications:

• 13–15 years overall experience, with 5+ years in data architecture
• Hands‑on expertise with Microsoft Fabric and Azure data services (ADF, Synapse, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB)
• Strong Power BI development/admin experience
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or Scala
• Expertise with Delta Lake, Apache Spark, and medallion architecture
• Knowledge of Azure DataBricks, EventHub, and IoT streaming
• Familiarity with data governance tools (Purview, Unity Catalog)
• Experience with Fabric Real‑Time Analytics, Data Activator, OneLake
• Skilled in Git, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines for data projects
• Knowledge of containerization/orchestration technologies
