Job summary

ERM is seeking an analytics professional to deliver dashboards and governance for Finance Operations. You will create Power BI dashboards to track KPIs, SLA, and productivity, while owning master-data quality for vendors, customers, and projects.

The role includes supporting ERP data migration, building automation scripts, and creating data-quality scorecards. You will partner with FP&A on management reporting and data lineage.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in data analytics or performance reporting.
• Experience with data migration and BI tool deployment.
• Advanced Excel, Power BI and SQL; OneStream preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Finance master-data quality (vendor, customer, project).

Role Purpose

Deliver analytics, dashboards, and master-data governance for Finance Operations. The role enables insight generation, SLA tracking, and ERP data integration supporting Finance and FP&A.

Key Responsibilities

Experience & Capabilities

• 5–8 years in data analytics or performance reporting.
• Experience of both process-transition data migration and recent system-replacement or BI-tool deployment.
• Advanced Excel, Power BI, and SQL skills; knowledge of OneStream preferred.
• Ability to interpret data into actionable business insights.
