Job summary

Innover Digital in Bengaluru is seeking a Data Analyst – SQL/Power BI with 6+ years of experience to design, develop, and maintain analytics and reporting solutions. You will work with Power BI architecture, SQL, PySpark, Python, and Alteryx to deliver scalable data insights and dashboards for stakeholders.

Responsibilities include creating interactive Power BI reports, dataflows, and integrations with Power Apps and Dataverse, while ensuring data quality and performance across datasets.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in data analytics and business intelligence.
• Proven hands-on experience with Power BI (Tableau or other BI tools is a plus).
• Strong proficiency in Power Query, DAX, Power BI Service, Power BI Desktop, and Power BI Mobile.
• Solid programming skills in SQL, PySpark, and Python.
• Experience using Alteryx for building and maintaining data workflows.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to model, interpret, and visualize data effectively.

Responsibilities

• Integrate Power Apps with Microsoft 365 tools such as Power Automate and Power BI to enhance user experience and automation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specs.
• Conduct testing, debugging, and performance optimization prior to deployment.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing reports and applications.
• Stay current with Microsoft Power Platform and Power BI updates and best practices.

Data Analyst- SQL/PowerBI:

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst – SQL/Power BI professional to design, develop, and maintain robust analytics and reporting solutions. The role requires strong expertise in Power BI, data modeling, and advanced analytics, along with the ability to work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable, high-quality data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
• Work extensively with Power BI architecture, including Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, Power BI Mobile, Power Query, and DAX.
• Develop, manage, and optimize Power BI Dataflows for scalable and reusable data transformations.
• Analyze, model, and interpret complex datasets to deliver actionable insights.
• Write and optimize SQL, PySpark, and Python scripts for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Use Alteryx to create, maintain, and optimize analytical workflows.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance across reports and datasets.
