Job summary

Innover Digital seeks an experienced Data Analyst – Power Platform to design, build, and maintain scalable data models, analytics solutions, and Power Platform applications. You will translate complex data into actionable business insights, working closely with cross‑functional stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in data analytics and Power Platform, with strong SQL, Dataverse, and PySpark skills. The role focuses on data integration, governance, and delivering reliable data solutions

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in data analytics and application development.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power BI.
• Experience with SQL Server and SAP HANA.
• Hands-on experience in data integration and governance.
• Experience using PySpark for data processing.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test data models to import and transform data from multiple source systems based on project requirements.
• Analyze heterogeneous source data and write SQL and PySpark scripts to integrate data across platforms.
• Perform statistical analysis and interpret results to generate actionable business insights.
• Develop and customize Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven) including plugin creation and API integration.
• Create and manage data flows, cloud flows, and Dataverse integrations.
• Build, publish, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards aligned with business needs.
• Migrate data into standardized platforms and improve data models for efficiency and quality.
• Own technical implementation, documentation, and data governance related to datasets and applications.
• Track project progress, provide status updates, and implement continuous improvements.
• Deliver post-implementation support to ensure long-term value realization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, timeliness, and consistency.
• Mentor and guide junior team members.

We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst – Power Platform professional to design, build, and maintain scalable data models, analytics solutions, and Power Platform applications. The role requires strong expertise in data integration, analytics, and Power Apps development, along with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights.

You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver reliable, high-quality data solutions that support decision-making and improve operational performance.

Primary Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test data models to import and transform data from multiple source systems based on project requirements.
• Analyze heterogeneous source data and write SQL and PySpark scripts to integrate data across platforms.
• Perform statistical analysis and interpret results to generate actionable business insights.
• Develop and customize Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven), including plugin creation, page development, and Web API integration.
• Create and manage data flows, cloud flows, and Dataverse integrations.
• Build, publish, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards aligned with business needs.
• Migrate data into standardized platforms and design critical data models to improve process efficiency and product quality.
• Own technical implementation, documentation, and data governance related to datasets and applications.
• Track project progress, provide regular status updates, conduct root cause analysis, and implement continuous improvements.
• Deliver post-implementation support to ensure long-term stability and value realization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.
• Mentor and guide junior team members and peers.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in data analytics and application development.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, including:
• Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps
• Page customization
• Web API creation
• Data flows and cloud flows
• Dataverse configuration and management
• Hands-on experience in Power BI for reports and dashboard development.
• Solid understanding of database technologies, including:
• SQL Server
• SAP HANA

Good-to-Have Skills

• Knowledge of SAP systems, including ECC T-Codes and navigation.
• Experience working in Agile/SCRUM environments.
• Understanding of enterprise server architecture and cloud platforms.
• Domain experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or inventory management.
