Job summary

Allianz Services Private Limited in Pune seeks an experienced Data Analyst specialized in SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud) to join our analytics-driven operations. The role requires 5+ years of experience, strong SQL, Python, Excel, and knowledge of SAP HANA and Grid.

• Bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, finance, computer science, or related analytical field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an analytics-focused operations or accounting function.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience with booking tools such as Global Genius, SAP HANA, or equivalent SQL database modelling tools.
• Proficiency in SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud) and Grid.
• Expert Excel skills and working knowledge of SQL for data querying, validation, and basic data modelling.
• Strong analytical background with a structured, problem-solving mindset using logical and methodological approach.
• Solid understanding of data flows between transactional/booking systems and reporting layers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (fluency required).
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
• Previous experience in international settings and/or cultural sensitivity a plus.
• Knowledge of commercial insurance operations, products, or accounting practices.
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis, automation, or quality checks.
