Job summary

PURETECH CODEX in Pune, India is seeking an AM Data Analyst with 7+ years of experience in Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate to lead data reporting and analytics initiatives. The role focuses on building scalable dashboards, data models, and automated workflows integrated with SQL Server, SharePoint, and Fabric technologies.

The candidate will guide junior analysts, coordinate with procurement teams, and drive data quality and governance across the analytics stack.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 8-10 years of hands-on experience in Power BI development.
• Strong proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and data modeling, Power Automate
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric and its components.
• Familiarity with SQL, Azure Synapse, and cloud data architecture.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports with a strong emphasis on performance and usability.
• Build robust data models using Power BI Desktop, ensuring optimal relationships and calculated columns/measures using DAX.
• Perform data transformation using Power Query (M) and integrate data from multiple sources including SQL Server, Excel, SharePoint, and Microsoft Fabric.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Implement row-level security, data refresh schedules, and manage Power BI workspaces effectively.
• Leverage Microsoft Fabric components like Lakehouse, Dataflows Gen2, and Notebooks for scalable data engineering.
• Ensure adherence to data governance, performance optimization, and visualization best practices.
• Ability to guide junior analysts and coordinate with procurement teams.
• Ability to ensure data quality, execute data strategies, and maintain accurate procurement records.

• Prepare runbooks, SOPs, and technical documentation for all solutions.
• Ensure compliance with naming conventions and version control.
• Power App Developments :
• Design, develop, and maintain Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps using Microsoft Power Apps.
• Gather business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical solutions.
• Build and automate business processes using Power Automate workflows.
• Integrate Power Apps with SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL Server, SAP APIs, Microsoft 365, and other enterprise systems.
• Create user-friendly forms, dashboards, and request portals to improve business efficiency.
