What would you do?
The Power Platform Analyst designs, develops, and supports low code solutions that enhance business efficiency, automation, and data‑driven decision‑making. The role focuses on building scalable applications and workflows using Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint, while integrating analytics, data platforms, and emerging AI capabilities to deliver intelligent, future‑ready solutions. Working closely with business stakeholders, the analyst translates functional requirements into secure, maintainable, and high‑performing Power Platform solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational standards, governance, and user adoption.
What are we looking for?
- 3 – 5 years of relevant experience
- Degree in IT/Computer Application or equivalent
- Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Apps and Power Automate
- Strong understanding of SharePoint as a data and collaboration platform
- Experience working with business stakeholders to deliver technology solutions
- Proficiency in using MS Office
- Communication (Written & Oral) excellence; English language
- Ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders globally
- Ability to understand complex real‑world business problems, often in ambiguous scenarios, and transform them into workable solutions
- Continuous learning mindset and interest in emerging technologies
- Experience developing Power BI dashboards and integrating with Dataverse
- Exposure to AI‑assisted development using Copilot or similar technologies
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL 100, PL 200, PL 300, or similar)
- Experience in Python
- Exposure to MS Visio, MS Project
Roles and Responsibilities
- Power Platform Solution Development
- Design, develop, and maintain Power Apps (Canvas and Model‑driven) to support business processes and operational needs
- Build and manage Power Automate flows to automate workflows, approvals, notifications, and system integrations
- Configure and customize SharePoint lists, libraries, and sites as data sources and collaboration platforms
- Ensure solutions are scalable, reusable, and aligned with Power Platform best practices
- Data & Analytics Enablement
- Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI to provide actionable insights and support decision‑making
- Integrate applications with Dataverse and other data sources, ensuring data integrity and performance
- Support data modeling, transformations, and governance standards across solutions
- AI & Advanced Capabilities
- Leverage Copilot and Agentic AI capabilities within Power Platform to enhance automation, intelligence, and user experience
- Contribute to innovation initiatives by identifying opportunities to apply AI and analytics in business solutions
- Stakeholder Engagement & Requirement Gathering
- Collaborate with business users, analysts, and technical teams to gather and document requirements
- Translate business needs into technical designs and solution architectures
- Provide solution demonstrations, user training, and adoption support
- Governance, Support & Continuous Improvement
- Follow organizational standards for security, compliance, and Power Platform governance
- Perform testing, troubleshooting, and ongoing support for deployed applications and workflows
- Monitor solution performance, address issues, and implement enhancements based on feedback
- Maintain technical documentation, including solution designs and user guides
