Qualifications

• Salesforce reporting and dashboard configuration experience.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or Business.

In this role, you will lead data-driven problem solving, manage a small team of analysts, and work closely with cross-functional stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be responsible for turning complex data into actionable insights and driving performance through structured reporting and business intelligence.

Roles and responsibilities

• Perform detailed data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities across functions such as product, sales, customer operations, or marketing.
• Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like SQL, Excel, Tableau, or Power BI Google Sheets.
• Translate data into actionable business recommendations.
• Own recurring business performance reports and ad-hoc analysis requests.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define key metrics and drive data-driven decision-making.
• Assist in planning and tracking execution of business-critical projects.
• Coordinate between teams (Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations) to ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
• Track progress, flag risks, and help ensure key milestones are achieved.
• Support program managers with reporting, documentation, and meeting follow-ups.
• Contribute to internal process improvement initiatives and pilot programs.
