Job Responsibilities

Data Analytics & Reporting

• Design, develop, and maintain recurring and ad‑hoc reports using SQL, Google Sheets, and dashboards
• Analyze large datasets to generate insights related to business and operational performance
• Ensure high data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of reports
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and root cause analysis for data issues

Operations & Delivery

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of analytics and reporting tasks
• Manage SLAs and ensure on‑time delivery of daily, weekly, and monthly deliverables
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and business stakeholders
• Handle requirement discussions, clarifications, and change requests
• Lead and mentor a team of analysts
• Allocate work, review deliverables, and ensure quality standards
• Provide regular feedback, coaching, and performance support
• Handle escalations and ensure smooth team operations

Process Improvement & Automation

• Identify opportunities to automate manual and repetitive tasks using Python and SQL
• Improve efficiency, turnaround time, and reporting reliability
• Create and maintain process documentation and SOPs
