Hitachi, Ltd. is seeking a Data Analyst / BI Developer with 4-7 years of experience to build scalable analytics solutions and derive actionable insights from large datasets. The role spans data querying across Snowflake, Hive and Presto/Trino to building executive dashboards in Power BI.
You will collaborate with product, account and engineering teams to translate requirements into robust data models, optimize performance and deliver insights that inform business decisions.
Qualifications
- 4-7 years in data analytics, BI, or data engineering roles.
- Advanced SQL with window functions, CTEs, query tuning, approx_distinct.
- Hands-on with Snowflake and at least one of Hive, Presto/Trino, SparkSQL.
- Strong Python skills for data manipulation, automation and API integrations.
- Expertise in Power BI (DAX, M Query, Power Query, data modeling).
