Job summary

EXL Service is seeking a data analyst to perform data analysis, root cause analysis (RCA) and remediation under issue management in US Banking Retail Lending. The role requires strong SQL, Python and PySpark skills, with experience in US Banking and preferably in Retail Lending and Issue Management.

The candidate should demonstrate the ability to work as an individual contributor and as a team player, with stakeholder management and project delivery capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Analytics, Management, Statistics, Econometrics, Database Management, or related subjects.
• 4+ years of hands‑on experience in SQL and Python
