Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Data Analyst-like professional to create training content and communicate with clients and SMEs. You will craft eLearning materials, ILT/VILT content, videos, and SOPs, writing clearly for diverse learners while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

You will work in a fast-moving AI-driven environment, applying instructional design and content writing skills to deliver impactful learning solutions across global enterprises.

Qualifications

• Experience in instructional design/content writing.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Communication skills – interact with clients and SMEs.
• Comprehension of requirements and instructions clearly.
• Visualization for graphics, animations, page layouts.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience of Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
