Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Big Data Data Analyst to analyze large datasets and derive actionable insights that guide business decisions. You will build data models and algorithms, identify trends, and work with cross-functional teams to translate data needs into actionable strategies.

This role requires strong analytical skills, experience with Spark/Databricks, and proficiency in English. Office-based in India, with opportunities to contribute to Genpact's AI Gigafactory initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degrees in analytics, CS or statistics are required.
• Advanced data science certifications are preferred.
• Proven experience with Spark, Databricks or similar platforms is desirable.

The Big Data Data Analyst is responsible for analyzing large datasets to extract insights and trends that can be used to drive business decisions and strategies.
