Job summary

Genpact in India is seeking a Sr. Analyst – Business Data Services who will perform advanced data analysis and reporting, support project execution and stakeholder engagement, and collaborate with lead analysts to ensure data integrity and documentation.

You will mentor junior analysts, contribute to data governance and quality initiatives, and work in a hybrid, day-shift environment with English proficiency and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degrees in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics; Master in Data Science.
• Strong analytical background with data governance and modeling.
• Experience with BI tools and data integration platforms.
