MAN Truck & Bus India Pvt. Ltd seeks a skilled BI Developer to own end-to-end BI solutions using Power BI, DAX and SQL. You will collaborate across data engineering, IT and business teams to deliver secure, scalable analytics in a hybrid Pune setting.

The role requires strong data modeling, Python for analytics and experience with cloud data platforms like AWS and Redshift. MBA/BE/ME in analytics or CS/IT is preferred, with Jira/Agile experience encouraging delivery excellence.

Responsible for developing, testing, deploying, and improving Power BI reports and data models while ensuring good performance, data security, and collaboration with IT, data engineering, and business teams.

To ensure that you will-

• End to end responsibility for the design, development, testing, and deployment of tailored BI solutions, including comparison, scenario, and ad hoc analyses.
• Development, Maintenance, standardization, and continuous optimization of existing Power BI reports, data models, and dataflows
• Ensuring best practices across data modeling, DAX performance optimization, governance, security, and visual design
• Close alignment with adjacent functions such as Data Engineering, IT, and business departments
• BE/ME/MBA in Business analytics/Computer Science/IT
• Power Apps (integration and extension of BI scenarios)
• Python (e.g., for advanced analytics or custom visual extensions)
• Data Analytics & Modeling
• DAX (Mandatory, Advanced Level)
• SQL (analysis, querying, performance tuning)
• Python (data analysis, scripting)
• Microsoft Excel (advanced)
• Cloud & Data Platforms : AWS basics, Amazon Redshift
• Solid understanding of modern cloud‑based analytics and BI architectures
• Collaboration, Delivery & DevOps : Jira , Experience working in agile environments (Scrum / Kanban)
