The Data Analyst plays a critical role in converting complex data into actionable insights that inform strategic and operational decision‑making. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high‑quality Power BI dashboards to support internal business stakeholders.
- Transform raw, complex datasets into clear, actionable insights through effective data visualization and analytics.
- Ensure reporting outputs are accurate, intuitive, visually compelling, and aligned with business requirements and data governance standards.
Stakeholder Management & Requirements Gathering
- Partner closely with business stakeholders to gather, validate, and refine reporting and analytics requirements.
- Document business logic, data definitions, operational KPIs, data models, and technical transformations in a clear and structured manner.
- Communicate effectively with cross‑functional teams, proactively managing expectations and dependencies.
Technical Skills
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries within Snowflake to support analytical and reporting needs.
- Build and maintain scalable data models and transformations using DBT (Data Build Tool).
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across all reporting layers and analytical assets.
Operational Metrics & Analysis
- Analyze and monitor key operational metrics to provide visibility into business performance.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related discipline.
- Strong hands‑on experience with Power BI, including DAX, data modeling, and dashboard design.
- Advanced proficiency in Snowflake and complex SQL query development.
- Practical experience using DBT for data transformation, modeling, and pipeline development.
