Job summary

EMotorad in Pune seeks a data analytics professional to build and optimize dashboards using Power BI, analyze cross-functional data, and deliver insights that drive decisions. You will model data, define KPIs, and create performance reports while integrating ERP, OMS, CRM, and e-commerce platforms via REST APIs.

The role includes ETL/ELT development, AI-powered reporting, and automation of workflows using Python and tools like n8n, Make, or Zapier.

Qualifications

• Proficient in SQL with PostgreSQL/MySQL.
• Experience building data models, KPIs, and dashboards.
• Experience integrating multiple systems via REST APIs.
• Strong Python for ETL/ELT and automation.
• Familiar with AI/LLM integration for reporting.
• Experience with BI tools, especially Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Analyze sales, inventory, finance, operations, marketing, and customer service data; build data models, DAX measures, KPIs, and performance reports.
• Integrate ERP, OMS, CRM, e-commerce, customer support, and marketing platforms using REST APIs.
• Handle API authentication, pagination, rate limits, incremental extraction, error management, and API monitoring.
• Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines; manage structured databases and optimize SQL queries.
• Develop AI-powered reporting assistants and agents using LLMs via APIs.
• Enable natural-language querying, automated reporting, and business insights using prompt engineering and tool calling.
• Automate repetitive analytic and operational workflows using Python and automation tools.
• Schedule data refreshes; monitor pipeline performance, data quality, and failures.
• Implement data validation, reconciliation, and logging; maintain data dictionaries and mappings.

• Implement data validation, reconciliation, duplicate detection, logging, exception handling, and monitoring.
• Maintain data dictionaries, KPI definitions, source mappings, transformation logic, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into reliable technical solutions.
