Job summary

Creuto is seeking a Data Analyst with 1–3 years to help us make data-driven decisions. You will work across product, growth, and marketing to define metrics, build dashboards, run analyses, and surface key insights.

Responsibilities include writing SQL queries, maintaining dashboards in Metabase/Tableau/Looker, tracking metrics, conducting ad hoc analyses, and translating findings into actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

In This Role, You Will

• Write SQL queries to extract, clean, and analyse data from our product database, data warehouse, and third-party sources.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports in tools like Metabase, Tableau, or Looker for product, growth, and business teams.
• Define and track key metrics across the product and business and ensure shared understanding of what each metric means.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses to answer specific business questions from product, growth, marketing, and leadership teams.
• Analyse user behaviour data to identify patterns, drop-off points, and opportunities to improve product performance.
• Support A/B test design, analysis, and interpretation in collaboration with growth and product teams.
• Ensure data quality and accuracy across reporting pipelines and flag discrepancies when they arise.
• Translate complex analytical findings into clear, accessible insights and recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.

You Might Thrive in This Role If You

• Have 1 to 3 years of experience in a data analyst or product analyst role.
• Are highly proficient in SQL and comfortable writing complex queries across large datasets.
• Have experience with BI tools such as Metabase, Looker, Tableau, or Mode.
• Can translate messy data and ambiguous questions into clear analyses and actionable recommendations.
• Communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders and know how to tell a story with data.

Bonus If You Have

• Experience with Python or R for data manipulation and statistical analysis.
• Familiarity with dbt, Airflow, or similar data pipeline tools.
• Knowledge of event tracking using Segment, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
• Understanding of statistical concepts including significance testing and regression basics.
