Orix IT is seeking a data analyst to convert business and product data into insights that support better decision-making across the organization. Candidates must bring their own laptop for work purposes.

Responsibilities include collecting, cleaning, validating, and analyzing data from multiple sources; developing Python scripts for data extraction, transformation, and automation; preparing MIS and dashboards; and building KPI-driven analyses using Power BI or Tableau.

Qualificações

• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS and data viz.
• Strong Python & SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau for dashboards.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

We are looking for a Data Analyst who can convert business and product data into meaningful insights

that support better decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Develop and maintain Python scripts for data extraction, transformation, advanced analytics, and workflow automation.
• Prepare regular MIS, dashboards, reports, and business performance analyses.
• Analyze sales, customer, product, operational, and financial data to identify trends and
• Build and maintain dashboards using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar BI platforms.
• Write SQL queries to extract and analyze data from databases.
• Track and report key business and product KPIs and metrics.
• Identify data inconsistencies, anomalies, and reporting issues and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
• Perform trend analysis and provide actionable insights to management.
• Support management with ad-hoc data analysis and reports.
• Work closely with Sales, Finance, Product, Operations, and Management teams to understand reporting requirements.
• Automate recurring reports and improve existing reporting processes wherever possible using Python and other available tools.
• Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of company and customer data.
• Present findings in a clear and easy-to-understand manner to non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets, including automated dashboard setup, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, and data visualization.
• Good working knowledge of Python & SQL.
• Good working experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with large datasets and identify meaningful patterns.
• Good understanding of data cleaning, validation, and reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with CRM, ERP, HRMS, or other business databases.
• Experience in SaaS, technology, AI, or subscription-based businesses.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and business intelligence.
• Experience in creating automated MIS and management dashboards.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, Commerce, or a related field.
