Jobgether SRL in India is seeking a Data Analyst to join a collaborative delivery team for a B2B SaaS platform. You will translate client reporting needs into scalable data solutions using SQL, Python and Spark, delivering dashboards, data models, and configurations.

You will work with Customer Success, Product Engineering and data teams, handling complex data environments, ensuring accuracy, and driving continuous improvement in analytics and integrations. This is a fully remote role.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Data Analyst based in India.

Join a collaborative technical delivery team supporting a B2B SaaS platform that helps enterprise organizations turn marketing demand into measurable business results. In this role, you will transform customer business and reporting requirements into accurate, scalable, data-driven solutions. You will combine strong SQL expertise with Python, Spark, and analytical problem-solving to develop customized reports, dashboards, data models, and platform configurations. Working closely with customers, Customer Success Managers, and internal engineering teams, you will help resolve technical challenges and deliver reliable solutions. Accountabilities

• Engage directly with clients and Customer Success Managers to understand business objectives, reporting needs, and technical requirements, translating them into clear implementation specifications.

• Serve as a key link between customers, Customer Success, and internal technical teams to ensure effective communication and smooth project execution.

• Develop customized reports, dashboards, widgets, data models, and other platform-based solutions tailored to customer requirements.

• Write, analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize SQL queries across complex relational data models to support reporting and data analysis.

• Apply Python and Spark where appropriate to support data transformations, reporting workflows, and specialized technical solutions.

• Configure platform features, workflows, integrations, and reporting components based on defined business and technical requirements.

• Analyze source data, existing configurations, and data structures to identify effective, scalable implementation approaches.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements, assess technical feasibility, identify dependencies, and determine suitable solutions.

• Work with Product Engineering and Design teams to investigate platform limitations, troubleshoot technical issues, document requirements, and validate fixes or workarounds.

• Test and quality-check reports, dashboards, widgets, data models, and configurations before delivery to ensure accuracy and reliability.

• Maintain technical documentation, solution notes, data-lineage records, and reusable implementation patterns.

• Manage multiple customer requests, prioritize competing tasks, communicate progress and risks, and take ownership of issues through resolution.

• Ensure all deliverables meet customer expectations, business objectives, quality standards, and technical requirements.

Requirements:

• Between 1 and 5 years of relevant professional experience in data analytics, technical delivery, reporting, or a related field.

• An engineering degree is required.

• Strong SQL expertise is mandatory, including the ability to develop and optimize queries involving complex relational data models.

• Good working knowledge of Python and Spark.

• Ability to interpret technical documentation, including data-lineage diagrams, entity-relationship diagrams (ERDs), and business-process flows.

• Strong analytical thinking, logical reasoning, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both business and technical audiences.

• Confidence in interacting directly with customers, gathering requirements, discussing technical approaches, and managing expectations.

• Strong stakeholder management, coordination, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Ability to manage multiple requests, prioritize competing deadlines, and take responsibility for issues until they are resolved.

• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while collaborating with geographically distributed teams.

• A curious, methodical, and customer-oriented approach, with a commitment to delivering accurate, reliable, high-quality solutions.

• Preferred: Experience with version-control systems such as GitHub or Bitbucket.

• Preferred: Familiarity with cloud platforms and data warehouses such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP), BigQuery, or Snowflake.

• Preferred: Exposure to marketing technology platforms and integrations, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Google Ads, LinkedIn, or Eloqua.

• Preferred: Experience in B2B marketing, marketing operations, revenue operations, business intelligence, SaaS platforms, or data integrations.

• Preferred: Familiarity with reporting and business intelligence tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Looker, or Tableau.
