Job Title: Operations & Insights Analyst

Role Overview

Seeking an Operations & Insights Analyst who can bridge data and business operations. Thisrole focuses on driving operational efficiency, generating actionable insights, andcommunicating findings through clear presentations. The ideal candidate is process-oriented,comfortable working with data, and skilled at collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Support day-to-day operational reporting, tracking key metrics, SLAs, and performanceindicators.
• Use SQL (basic to intermediate) to extract data for reports, dashboards, and ad-hocanalysis.
• Translate data insights into clear, structured presentations for leadership and businessteams.
• Work closely with operations, program, and business teams to understand processesand pain points.
• Recommend and support process improvements based on data-backed insights.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness ofli>
• Assist in documentation of processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures(SOPs).
