Job summary

Fleetx Technologies Private Limited in Gurgaon is seeking a Sales Analytics professional to build and maintain dashboards, write SQL queries, and design Tableau views for sales leadership and regional teams.

You will maintain Excel trackers for daily MIS and target-vs-achievement reporting, partnering with Sales Managers to translate reporting needs into actionable dashboards and views. You will flag trends and ensure data accuracy across CRM and reporting tools.

Qualifications

• Experience building dashboards and reports for sales teams.
• Strong SQL skills to extract and clean data.
• Proficiency with Tableau dashboards for leadership.
• Experience maintaining Excel-based trackers for daily/weekly reports.
• Ability to translate reporting needs into dashboards and views.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain sales dashboards and reports covering pipeline, conversion, revenue, and team-wise performance.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to pull, clean, and structure sales data from multiple sources.
• Design clear, easy-to-read Tableau dashboards for the sales leadership and regional sales teams.
• Maintain and enhance Excel-based trackers for daily/weekly sales MIS and target-vs-achievement reporting.
• Partner with Sales Managers to understand reporting needs and translate them into usable dashboards and views.
• Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities in sales data and flag them proactively.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across CRM, sales trackers, and reporting tools; troubleshoot discrepancies.
• Support ad-hoc analysis for sales reviews, incentive calculations, and leadership presentations.

• Write and optimize SQL queries to pull, clean, and structure sales data from multiple sources.
• Design clear, easy-to-read Tableau dashboards for the sales leadership and regional sales teams.
• Maintain and enhance Excel-based trackers for daily/weekly sales MIS and target-vs-achievement reporting.
• Partner with Sales Managers to understand reporting needs and translate them into usable dashboards and views.
• Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities in sales data (funnel drop-offs, rep performance, regional trends) and flag them proactively.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across CRM, sales trackers, and reporting tools; troubleshoot discrepancies.
• Support ad-hoc analysis for sales reviews, incentive calculations, and leadership presentations.
