Job summary

Quantbot is seeking a data analytics enthusiast to transform data into actionable insights. You will build dashboards in Power BI, analyze datasets, and automate reporting using AI tools and scripting within a cross-functional team.

The role emphasizes learning emerging technologies, collaborating with PMs and HR, and delivering impactful insights that drive decision-making across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field; Masters preferred.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets with dashboards and automation.
• Advanced knowledge of Power BI.
• Exposure to SQL, Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve analysis and automation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Batch: 2021/2022/2023/2024/2025/2026. Experience: 0–5 Years

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field. Masters in any of these field will help.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced)
• Strong proficiency in Google Sheets, including complex formulas, dashboards, and automation.
• Advanced knowledge of Power BI.
• Good understanding of programming concepts and logical thinking. Exposure to SQL, Python, JavaScript, or similar languages is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Replit etc.) to improve analysis, reporting, and workflow automation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Familiarity with APIs and data integrations.
• Knowledge of workflow automation tools such as Power Automate, Google Apps Script, Zapier, or Make.
• Experience working with large datasets and business intelligence platforms.
